Money back Guarantee

  • Items ordered on the MIPOW Online Store that arrived faulty can be returned by contacting
  • We have 30 days returns guarantee that means if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from receipt of item. It must be unopened with seals and shrink wraps intact and must not have been opened or uses. We can offer a replacement or a full refund for faulty items. We reserve the right to return goods back to you if they have been opened and are not faulty. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Shipping fee

You should afford the shipping fee of returning product to us, and we afford the shipping fee of your replacement / repaired product.

Exchanges and Refunds

  • You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty issues. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching PayPal payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges.

Repair and replacement

  • We will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to us after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.

Retail partner purchases

  • Every genuine MIPOW product bought from is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues, however, we do not off returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers(ie: ebay Amazon, or any distributor etc) . Please contact their customer support for more information.
