Customs Duties & Tax

• The buyer is responsible for customs duties and taxes levied by the country of destination.

Handling Time

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. A shipment notice will be sent to buyer upon shipment.

Delivery Time & Notice

• Delivery time would take around 25-30 business days.
• Timing may be varied with the customs checking progress.

Shipping Fee

• It is around USD 6.00 ~ 11.00 per order but it depends on buyer’s region and number of ordering products.

(Note: Above except India, Japan, Nauru, Singapore and some regions that depends on the real situation.)

Incorrect Address

• Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

• Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner and it’s the responsibilities of the shipping company and the buyer’s local courier.
• Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the buyer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent signature.
